Conceptualised in 2001, one-north adopts a development concept of Work-Live-Play-Learn. By integrating business, housing, lifestyle and education, this business park now comprises of eight precincts and has grown to become an icon of Singapore's knowledge economy with one of Singapore's most innovative, collaborative and sustainable environment.

Launched in 2015, this project is strongly inspired by the concept of Silicon Valley itself. Consisting of 7 buildings, this conducive space is home to more than 250 start-ups, 30 incubators, accelerators and venture capitalists.
This government initiative has greatly improved the start-up economy in Singapore. Statistic indicated that there is an eight-fold increase in venture capital activities in Singapore start-ups over the last five years!
